So I did my research on this comforter and what I learned was, do not wash this in your personal washing machine. Have it professionally cleaned. You will only have to clean it once in a while depending on how you use it and it will be worth it. This comforter is pretty pricey so I did not want to take a chance on ruining it. Right out of the box, this comforter was incredibly soft and plush. It felt like a cloud when you laid on it. You can definitely see how delicate this is though and how thin the outer shell is. I will probably just use this as a folded comforter at the edge of my bed or as a duvet so I don’t have to clean it as often. The blanket is huge though and will keep you warm enough during the colder season. It is still perfectly fine to use during the warmer season as well. I would recommend it as long as you know how to care for it.
